What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 48 pieces, but don’t worry —
you can mix and match sizes, colors, and even garments within that order to meet the minimum.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks after your sample or proof is approved.
Need it faster? Ask about our rush order options — we’ll do our best to make it happen!

 

What are the payment & shipping details?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and included in your final invoice.

Full payment is required before production begins.

Who are your approved vendors?

We only work with brands and garment suppliers we’ve personally tested and trust. From blanks to threads, everything we use has been vetted for quality, comfort, and consistency.

 

What is embroidery?

Embroidery is the art of sewing your design directly into the fabric using thread. It’s a premium, durable option that adds texture and professionalism to your apparel — ideal for logos, names, and bold branding.

 

What is DTF printing?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a modern process where your design is printed onto a special film, then heat-transferred to fabric.
It delivers vibrant, full-color prints that feel soft and look sharp — almost like they’re part of the shirt fibers.

 

What is your returns & refund policy?

Because every order is custom-made, we don’t accept standard returns.
However, if your final product doesn’t match the approved sample or proof, you may be eligible for a partial refund — issued as credit toward your next order.
